Naomi recently co-produced Melvyn Bragg's final South Bank Show Awards on 26th January 2010. The show was packed with world class artists and included the world premiere of the title song of Andrew Lloyd Webber's new musical "Love Never Dies". Awards were presented by Billy Connolly, Rachel Weisz, Dominic West, Rob Brydon and Jarvis Cocker, to name but a few, and the audience enjoyed a reading from the winning novel by Jude Law. Melvyn Bragg himself was presented with the Outstanding Achivement Award by Sir David Attenborough, followed up by a filmed contribution from HRH The Prince of Wales.

The Royal Shakespeare Company allows the South Bank Show behind the scenes as it embarks on an ambitious and exciting new programme of work inspired by Russia and the ex-Soviet Union. Bringing to life artistic director Michael Boyd’s bold vision for an ensemble company, the South Bank Show reveals the everyday reality of one of the country’s biggest and most dynamic theatre companies. The film also joins Boyd in the Ukraine to meet the author of The Grain Store, one of the new plays to be premiered, and gains exclusive access to some of the few survivors of the Terror-Famine in the 1930’s upon which it is based .Sadly this film is the last South Bank Shows to be transmitted by ITV.
